3.27 The Violet Dress

"So are you less worried now?" Madeline asks Ryan as they sit down for a late night snack. "Well, at least she committed to Rafe now, I still don't like her though."

Madeline throws Ryan a look that can hardly be mistaken, "sometimes you can be such an ass, Ryan. You said you didn't trust Sidney because it took her some time to commit to Rafe, now she has, the ultimate one if I might add....and you still don't trust her?"

"Marriage isn't holy, I am very happy they did get married, and I loved the wedding, I was very proud of Ryan, but seriously, marriage doesn't mean she can't go and sleep around with everybody." Madeline sighs, "She never slept around, not like her father, she just never had the right example which made her very insecure..." Ryan puts his spoon aside and looks at his wife, "right, and that little chat my grandmother had with her will wash all those years of watching her father away?? What would you say if I'd tell you she tried to hit on me?"

Ryan chuckled as Madeline nearly choked on her mac and cheese when he said that. "She did what?" Madeline coughed, still trying to get the mac and cheese out of her throat. "Well she didn't really hit on me, but she could have..." Ryan chuckled. Madeline threw Ryan another one of those looks, "well if she does, tell her she can join us in the hot-tub, I've always wanted to try out a threesome."

As Ryan choked on his mac and cheese, Madeline finished her plate. "Are you serious?" Ryan coughed while she got up from the table. Madeline looked at him over her shoulder while walking downstairs to the bedroom, seeing the glee on his face she raises an eyebrow at him, "you man are all the same!" Leaving it to Ryan to figure out if she was serious or not.

Four weeks had passed since the wedding and Luke had not attended another big ceremonial thing after that. But this evening he had to, he didn't want to, but he promised Sommer. That night it was time for Prom. He could not think about it without giving it a capital letter, Prom. All his classmates would be there, there would be a lot of showing off, and frankly, he wasn't in the mood for their pranks. But Sommer said she didn't had a date, and he felt guilty for that, so he promised her he would come. People had always looked down on her for being his friend. His parents were not the only ones that noticed something off about him, but he couldn't care less, but Sommer is like a sister to him, and he wouldn't want her to get hurt.

But when he arrived back home later that evening, he knew he shouldn't have gone. It all started to go wrong when the hottest girl in the school arrived. He and Sommer were standing near the table with punch, and Luke just couldn't believe his eyes, she was wearing violet. He didn't even noticed the girl, it was just that she was wearing violet. But apparently her boyfriend didn't take lightly on him staring at her, so he got punched in the face. When Sommer was off fixing him some ice for his eye, he got pronounced to be the prom king. Knowing someone must have thought it funny to make the school idiot prom king, he knew they were going to do worse things to him when he would get on stage. So he refused to go and collect the crown, which made the entire school laugh at him. When Sommer got back he took her by the hand and rushed onto the dance floor, hoping they'd ignore him now, but apparently he was dancing better then one of the jocks there, who got mad and punched him in the stomach. By then he had gotten so mad, that he punched out one of the jocks tooth. The teachers grabbed him and told him to go home, so here he was...with the crown one of the teachers handed him while he was waiting for the cab to arrive.

After he had grabbed some aspirin and washed them down with some water, he placed his prom picture and crown on his drawers. Then he sat behind his drawing table trying to remember what that girls dress looked like. Sulking about the outcome of this evening he ignored his phone that was constantly ringing. He was sure it was Sommer trying to apologize for making him go to the prom. Instead he did his best to capture the essence of the one and only positive thing that was there, that violet dress.

Short but sweet right? :) Prom actually did a hell of a lot more....it made Sommer a romantic interest...don't want that!! It won't fit my story, and well, even though EA thinks they are not related, their father grew up as brothers, so I do think they are related :P

  2. By goodness! Luke had a horrible time at Prom...and I thought Emmalina had a rough one. Lol at Ryan and Maddie! I enjoyed their conversation very much! At least them choking on food every 3 Sim minutes is good for something!

Also, please ignore Cece...because she is being creepy. Lol. If they would show up to a family reunion...then that is a no no! Ahahaha.

Fine. If Klevkin won't have the creepy factor in her story I'll kick it up a notch in mine.
