"KAI!"
"Do I look different??? I feel different.....why are my toys so small all of a sudden???"
"Oh no! Even my boy is smaller!"
Sensing Tigers stress, Boy gives him a hug and whispers: "Don't worry Tiger, you just aged up! I should too in a short while!"
But the rest of the evening goes by without anything happening to him. Boy starts to blame his parents. "I knew it! I knew it! They should have gotten me a birthday cake, without it, i won't age up!"
But just as he gets out of the shower to go to bed he gets this strange sensation.
Buddy thinks no kid should ever have to celebrate his birthday in the bathroom, but hey, what the heck, at least Boy won't celebrate this one on his own!
"Please let me skip to adulthood, please let me skip to adulthood, please let me skip to adulthood"
"Oh, ouch! Must it really sparkle there as well??"
"Tadaa!!! An adult!!" "Ehm Boy...." Buddy starts as he slowly lowers his arms, "I think perhaps you should check in the mirror first?"
When Boy gets back to his garage he finds his dad there with a strange expression on his face.
"Something is not right here......." Avian mumbles to himself.
Boy is sure he's busted now, they will find Tiger (well let's say, the evidence is a bit overwhelming).
"Ah! I think i have got it! You've been painting again haven't you boy? I thought we forbid you to use your easel after the last time you skipped school!"
Sometimes Avian can be stupid, even though he is a genius, or perhaps because he is a genius??
-------------------------------Some notes-----------------------------------
Something strange happened to my tab function...whenever i use tab, the game seems out of proportion. So the birthday pics of Boy look weird........i have more pictures like that, but i don't know what is wrong, so at the moment i try not to use the tab anymore :( (it's a shame, cause i was just getting used to it!)
I planned those last pictures a few chapters earlier, but i never got the chance........from the moment i started talking about hiding Tiger in the garage, cause Avian and Serena never came there, Avian started to show up and "contemplate" the surroundings..........i think it has something to do with it being the only room that has that many paintings up! It must be the best room in the house by now!
"You don't fool me! I know it was you who put those paintings up!"

Lol. Avian contemplating the room.
ReplyDeleteBoy aged up handsomely and Tiger is so cute!
Avian is hilariously oblivious.
ReplyDeleteBoy did age up nicely, very cute teen.
The tab button does do that, it's especially noticeable in tight rooms.
so as long as i stop taking pictures in the bathroom, it should be okay?? (more or less?)
ReplyDeleteand thanks :D lol i seriously could not think of a way to make this chapter a little bit interesting, i was still in need of a place for these photos, but didn't want to see tiger go (yet)!
Try zooming in with z and out with x. You'll most likely have to zoom in.
ReplyDeleteYeah, zooming in should help.
ReplyDeleteAlso, it's better to get distorted pictures of some events than no pictures, so don't feel bad about using tab in tight places if you have to to get a shot.
i usually zoom in with the scroll button of my mouse, does that differ from the x and z button??
ReplyDeleteZooming in wouldn't help in this situation, because i needed it to be a shot with buddy. But i'll remember to only use tab when i need close ups :)
thanks!
I love the way Avian is so completely oblivious to Tiger's existence even with all the evidence there for him to see
ReplyDeleteI think the mouse wheel is the same as zooming in and out with "z" and "x". Also remember that the camera remembers where it was last and so when you hit TAB again, if you left it all the way zoomed out, it will go back to being all the way zoomed out. (at least until you start a new game)
ReplyDeleteBut Cali is right, distorted pics are better than none!
I'm really excited to see what teen Boy gets up to!!!
Just got all caught up. I love this story. I haven't read any legacies (yet) that deal with the deadbeat parents roll, so I was really interested to see what you'd do with it. And those are some really awful, selfish parents (but GREAT characters!)
ReplyDeleteI love Boy. And Tiger. And Buddy. I just want to squish them all in a giant hug.
Teen Boy is very handsome! =)
ReplyDeleteThe "something is not right here" image is BRILLIANT. The face! The finger! Just hysterical.
