3.6 Coming Home

 

With their splendid honeymoon remembered in their bedroom, Ryan and Danya have returned home to find a routine for themselves very easily.

When Ryan is not at work, he is at home working hard to keep his body fit. They have installed a desk in their bedroom for Satya. She sits there to be around Ryan, scribbling away on the pad Ryan gave her. Some of her stories have already been accepted by the publisher. If she manages to keep this up, she will soon have her first book published.

Ryan starts his work early, so when he's away, she usually sits in the kitchen, writing while making some loose comments about "adult" things. She just loves it when the twins are shocked. They are so easy to tease.

A few days after they got back home, Satya is about to hit the shower with Ryan when she suddenly feels weird inside, "Ryan? I think I need to change in some wider clothes first, my skirt is feeling a bit to tight, must be your fathers cooking that's making me gain some weight...I'll shower after i've changed in something more comfortable."

It's not until she returns to the shower when it hits her, it's not Boy's delicious cooking that is making her clothes feel to tight. Danya remembers this feeling very vividly, rushing to step aside so the poor girl can run to the other bathroom.

The puking noises alarm Ryan though, and when he puts the puking and the tight clothes together, it clicks for him as well, and he does what every man would do when they find out they are going to be a father.

He faints.

It took Satya some time to revive Ryan, it appeared he wasn't faking it this time. So after making the proper amount of fun of him, she joined Axel at the shuffle board Derrick gave them as a wedding gift. They were certainly not overlooked with gifts. Lee even gave them a grand piano. She manages to beat Axels ass just before the guests arrive for the twins birthday party.

 Axel is actually excited to age up into an adult, he and Xander have already found a place to live together.

Axel feels good about himself, and the environment, he feels very eco-friendly.

Xander is next, knowing how he will look, he's excited to get this party going.

He turned out great, and though he and his twin dress the same, and plan to move out together after graduation, he couldn't feel more different from him. He hates the outdoors.

While everybody was enjoying their slices of cake, Angels contractions started. Lee and a Boy's collegue didn't know what to do and yelled for a doctor. They knew one was present, Satya's father has been promoted not to long ago.

But he is not specialized in birth, to be exact, he never even witnessed one, Satya's mother gave birth during one of his trips to other countries he had to take for his work back then. So he did what any innocent bystander would do and freaked out.

Which both Lee and Angel couldn't really appreciate. Luckily Derrick had gotten the car and was ready to take Angel to the hospital, leaving Boy to wonder if Derrick and Angel got to fix their issues. It might be one of those things he might never get an answer to.

Angel was in labor for several hours, it wasn't until the next morning that Derrick called Ryan to tell him that everything went well. Derrick sounded ecstatic when he told him about their newborn daughter, "She's is so small Ryan, all those little fingers and toes, we named her Mayra." Ryan told their father the happy news during breakfast, "I wonder how our baby will be like, I can't wait, I bet he or she is going to be a star!"

"Speaking of stars, are you pursuing a new hobby dad? You have been out and about a lot the last few nights..." "Well yes, but not to watch the stars, when you and Satya were on your honeymoon..." 

And Boy tells his son about the night he met his mothers ghost, "and you know, I still don't know why my mother wandered away from her grave this far, normally ghosts stay on the same lot as their grave..." Boy stops talking when he notices Ryan is turning to a nice dark shade of red all over his face, "what? are you chocking? do I need to tap your back? what is it?" Ryan coughs, "ehm no, I did not choke on my waffle. Ehm, I've been meaning to tell you this before I got married, but well, you know, the wedding and all, it kind of distracted me, but ehm..." Ryan stares at his plate, "I went to the graveyard a while ago, and I collected the graves of grandpa and grandma...I know they were horrible parents, but well, I don't really know why I did it, maybe some sort of curiousity." As he watches his father actually choke on his waffle, he runs over and taps his back quite hard until his father raises his hand to let him know he's going to be okay. "I'm sorry dad," he whispers, "I'll return them to the graveyard..."

"No, don't," Boy manages to say, "I've kind of gotten attached to my mothers ghost, I'm not sure my dad will ever pop up, or what that will be like if he does, but they can stay."

And thus was Serena sort of "adopted" into the crist household, drinking her coffee when the night would begin.

Before going out to practice her moves on the water slide.

Right, Satya has been enrolled in the writer career the day they returned from their honeymoon. She's not really going that fast tbh. Ryan has made it to the second level of his career so far. And the first part of his marital state has been met. First child on its way, can't wait to see it in game, it's been going pretty slow for me the last few days hehe.

And as you noticed, I got a camera! So I will probably follow in Becky's footsteps and fill this house with photo's and paintings......*blushes*
